prob this happening to other ppl too but i try to update and the download bar doesnt appear it fails to load the page , is this because there are many of us trying to update or ? thanks

Close your web browser(s).

Please clear your web cache - Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow

Try to download the update again, and use the right-click > save link/target as... method.

if the problems persist, try another browser after updating windows until 'no new important updates are found' and rebooting.
