Stat for absolute equity for specific hand

I'm trying to look at my absolute EV of defending 62o from the big blind.
Not quite sure if my description for the stat is correct, but trying to compare defending vs calling and my overall bb/100 for defending e.g 62o from the big blind.
Which stat do I need to add?

The bb/100. If it is losing less than 1bb/hand, it is more profitable than folding.
