Default Hero Status on Rush PLO

Why is that? Is there a way to change it? I think it would be helpful to be self policing. Otherwise, I keep the stats window on FTP open.

Because HM usually shows the session stats by design but due to the different method we use for Rush Hud this is quite difficult. The vast majority for people will be very aware of what there hud stats are as after youve been playing a while your stats rarely change even by 1 during a session due to the sample size

There are several users who would like to see thier Rush session stats. Here are nine posts in which it is discussed:

Even though there is some disagreement on exactly how it should work, all of those posts above are from people who want to see this feature. I personally would prefer it if the stats were shown when we choose to "Sit Out Next Hand," but several other users want the stats to show at all times. But despite this disagreement on a detail, we all would like to see our own session stats.

It is unfortunate that this is difficult to do. However, I recall that before the Rush HUD was fully implemented, when we were still using the export-to-notes feature, whenever we stopped playing via "Sit Out Next Hand," we would see the session stats show up for the Rush session. It was a left-over from how the HUD had functioned prior to rush poker. Is it not possible to have that same effect brought back? In other words, if the HUD session stats were showing up when we sat out before, then it seems like it might be easy to just duplicate that same behavior in the software once again.

Sorry i wasnt very clear, im saying most people know there overall stats, im not talking about session stats, obviously session stats are quite useful because they give us an idea of our image on the table and that can vary quite a bit from table to table, you can suggest this in the new suggestions forum if youd like it added Suggestions Forums - Holdem Manager Forums but read the sticky in that forum first

I've noticed more and more comments like this of late and I have to admit it's a disturbing trend.

You're asking the user base to request something that should already be in HM. The HM HUD provides hero session stats every time hero sits down and plays poker. This feature is integral to the software and is a strong selling point for the program, LDO.

At a Rush table, the HUD does not provide hero stats. Only at Rush tables does the HUD not provide hero stats. In other words, HM is failing to do what it was designed to do and what RVG advertises it will do. I fully understand that Rush may introduce programing difficulties for RVG, but that's not our (the users) problem and it should not be up to us to suggest such a standard feature as a 'new capability'.

The argument that hero should 'know what their stats are' is starting to wear a little thin also.
