poker stars hand history issues

i keep getting an import error every time i launch the auto impiort feature for stars. It will recognize a hand is played but it always says error importing file.

i have changed the folders numerous times. evry time i create a new folder the hh will be saved in a subfolder that wasnt there before. i then change the folder location again on hem, to where the file is being saved and does the same thing.

sometimes when i create a new path for hh to be saved it won even register in hem. i look in that specific path location and the hh are there, but not showing up in hem.

this shouldnt be that difficult. i had no problems seting up full tilt. i have read all instructions and did exactly what they said. i even went and unchecked the hide files option in the control panel. im at a loss right now and any help would be greatly appreciated.

i should mention that i just purchased hem today and im assuming it is the latest version. i have vista 64 bit as well. i know it sucks u dont have to tell me. lol

I'm having the same exact problem. I ran HEM just fine on my old computer (Windows XP) and just installed everything onto this computer.

And yes, UAC is turned off.
