Default missing % NC statistics in HUD/Popup

    Hello,

My nc notes statistics percentages doesnt appear in popup or HUD, and instead showing "-". Notes are created correctly , and I can see them in Player Notes. I tried to reset notes and NC settings factory reset, but without success. What more I can do to resolve this issue?

There are several possibilities as to why that would happen. If you are playing Omaha and don't have an Omaha license, the notes would show in the player note history but not on tables. Also there could be a miscommunication between HM and PT as to what game you are actually playing. Can you tell me the cash/tournament/stakes/site? In "player notes" it tells you where it thinks the notes should go. If that's wrong then it's probably a NC parsing issue.

Thank you for reply. I was convinced than NC does not have separate licenses for holdem and omaha. The problem is that i only own holdem license.
