4bet Range not showing as a Range in Notecaddy Popup

Hi there i attached the Stat 4betRange from Definitions to a custom made Popup under Hud-Hud Options-Note Caddy Popups like its done with other Stats, it should then show me 4betRange, i think i did everything correctly but it does not work it does not show me anything. "4bets $cardrange" also right in Description

i attached another Picture from the 3bet Stat when u look at the Popup u see a Visualization of the Range and thats how it should be, normally when u add the Notecaddy Stat to the Popup unter Hud-Hud options Note Caddy Popup u should see the Range with Caddy Spark and also the exact Hands Villain did 4bet with.
It works with the 3bet stats from notecaddy but not with 4bet Stat (4betRange) but it should work normally. u know what i mean? with kind regards

i use Note Caddy 2.6.0.14
and HM2 latest Version
and i use Note Caddy Edge SNG

Is 4betrange a composite definition? I'm not clear which definition you're referring to. If it's the regular note then it should appear but maybe the pending task didn't complete after you added it. You can check if this player should be seeing the note by clicking tools->player notes and searching for that player. Usually when the note is not expected to appear there will be some explanation of why
