NC creating notes stops a few seconds after start

Hi I'm trying to process new hands and create notes for them, but when I click start it begins for a few seconds and then stops again. How do I fix this?

I have tried creating a new DB, resetting the notes and processing the hands there and that has not worked.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

By new hands you mean while you're playing? If there are a large amount of invalid hands this could happen. What site is this?

I am also experiencing this issue. I have tried basic troubleshooting, like uninstalling HM2 and Postgres, and doing a clean install and fresh import, only to experience the same problem.

No I had to import old hands back into my HM2. The creating notes worked fine initially but for some reason I noticed that this was happening one day when importing hands and I haven't figured out how to fix it.

It's now saying that "All hands processed" even though that is not the case.

For example I have 31k hands on a player when I look in the "opponents tab" yet when I'm playing or looking at hands in the HM2 replayer, it only shows 20k hands for that player.
