Odd average strength output

Made these bet flop/river notes and built composites to show me av strength of this action, but the ppopulation flop av strength is 60 - normal I'd say, and the river av strength is 40. This is wrong, river av strength will be 70+ for sure, so I don't know what the error is. using 2.6.0.10

You can right click the definition and click analyze and then you'll see the average strength both for players and for 1000 hands which should give you some better context
