NC Stats on Stars

I've just started playing on Stars/ Full Tilt. I'm aware that the badges no longer work there but none of the stats (From the AlanJackson NC package) in my popups seem to be appearing either. I've reset my notes but still no joy. Am I missing something?

I should probably add, they don't show up in the replayer either.

I'll try to go through everything on it. In the meantime I don't know if this offers an explanation but I've always got NC set up so it doesn't update during a session (as it was slowing things down) so I always do it manually after each session. When I do this now it just instantly gives a message saying notes processed, rather then the usual message showing them being processed. It's as though it can't actually see the hands

I've worked out what's wrong, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

I have the same screen name on Stars and FullTilt. I've just started playing on Stars in the past few days but after playing one session there I started playing through the FullTilt skin instead. For some reason Notecaddy is only picking up the hands I play through Stars, and not the ones I'm playing on the FTP skin. Any idea how I solve this?

I've updated to 26.0.11. I reset my notes and created them again and it certainly seemed to create notes for hands (I've got rid of all my hands at other sites so I only have around 8k hands now). However despite this when I go into the replayer all the NC stats still aren't showing up in any of the popups.

No, there's none there when I checked.

Happened to notice that the stats appeared for 1 player at one of my tables today and when I checked the player note history in NC the notes were definitely there, but there is nothing for any other players I have checked. It's all pretty weird. I reset my notes and ran them again but it's the same result.
