NoteCaddy Not using all my hands

Hello, I bought note caddy 1 week ago and got pretty much used to it, I
created a lot of notes speacially with heat map. I have over 1 million
hands in my database on 9max single table sit and goes, so I got a lot of
data on players I play with, over 40k hands on some of them. However note
caddy doesn't seem to create notes based on all of these hands since in
some spots I got very small number of samples.
1) 80% of my hands were gathered as observer, may this influence somehow
the work of notecaddy, but at the same time I don't make "vs hero"stats so
in theory it shouldn't
2) I set in setting to make stats for Hero, and I have played more than
100k hands myself, and even for hero I got only a small number of samples
in spots that occur very often, for example, for my new created stats "fold
vs 3bet push" I have only about 70 samples, which is very strange since in
SNG i am getting 3bet pushed over hundreds of times during 1 session, same
goes for the rest of the stats.
3) Last but not least, while i use "seek" option after i create a new note definition, sometimes i get only 1 or 2 successful examples, which is obviously not enough, is there any way to get more? i got a message saying in the "analyze" section i can do it, but when i use analyze i don't see any replayer or seek option availible

You should reset notes if you made new definitions and want them to use the old hands How to reset NoteCaddy notes - Assaultware Wiki

3. In analyze you can see the history tab that has up to 1000 hands. You have to reset notes before all the data is available to it though

I reset the stats many times since I made some changes, It doesn't work, for example I have at least 100k hands on hero, however I have only 70 samples of fold to 3bet push, while I should have at least 500, this is action sequences I use, and same goes to all the stats I have created22.PNG

Have you tested any of your missing hero hands in tools->test environment? Can you confirm they're showing a note would be created for your definition?
