NC stats are not showing up for PLO

For NLHE they work fine, but for PLO they are blanks, although test note says "success". And I don't have game filters or hand filters.

What could be wrong?

Hi LuckyMr, are you sure you that own NoteCaddy Omaha? It could be that you only own NoteCaddy Holdem but not the Omaha version.

If you go here Upgrade HoldEm Manager, Omaha Manager and other HM Apps! you can choose to upgrade NoteCaddy Holdem to add NoteCaddy Omaha for $30.
