Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If i try and edit any note definition i get the message

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."


Please help. I've not tried to edit anything for a couple of weeks. Since that time i have updated to the latest version of notecaddy 2.5.1.22 I have also relocated my database from me C:/ to F:/ for which i followed the guide/article on this website.

All the notes still work fine in my HUD i just cant edit any of them.

Please help

Surely this should only be a last resort!!! like i said new notes can be created etc.

If i reset i will lose everything. There is loads of definitions and badges i have created that have taken months. factory reset is not an option.

Resetting NoteCaddy to factory defaults has no impact on your note-definitions. The only thing you have to do again is adjusting the NC-settings in File > Settings.
