why isn't my notecaddy working properly

Haven't played for awhile. All my notecaddy definitions used to work fine.
I'm installed latest software ext. I just played few sessions where notecaddy made
1 note total, despite having 20+ definitions.

I have note definitions for raise early 1st, raise middle first, raise late first and nothing
shows up.

They should be simple notes. I do understand why they aren't working. Using windows 7
With those all those raise first notes, it should be creating many per session, as eventually
someone will show down a hand that they raised.
