Last 5 hands isnt working most of the time

I upgraded to Notecaddy 2.5 and has been installing all the updates after that.

At first it worked some of the time, but now Im almost never able to se the last 5 hands.


"Also if you hover over one a note's play button, you will see instant replay for the last 5 hands that made up the note"

Is there anything special I need to do? It seems strange that it worked some of the times before so it shouldnt be my definitions I think.
I have save note history on almost all my definitions.

The pre flop chart and post flop pie chart works perfectly.

Do you purge hands?

Yes, I did a full vacuum in pgadmin3 after the last time I did that.

I have the same problems on smaller databases where I havent purged anything.

I will add logging for Monday's release that may shed light on why there may be problems loading the hands. If you purge hands though it doesn't matter if you do a vacuum, they won't be available for replay

Ok. Yes I understand that. But I have only purged hands older then 11 months so that shouldn't matter.

NoteCaddy version 2.5.0.21 will have the logging. There are technical difficulties with the release that will delay it until the next HM2 release. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I updated to the latest version of hm2.

I have found a way to get it working but its not ideal.

When I klick on the replay button it works after that on all stats for that hand in the replayer. When I open a new hand I have to do it again.

I tried on a table and after I clicked the replay button I could see the last 5 hands while hovering over that button on allt he players on that table.

I have been having a lot of trouble getting a new NC released. Fortunately the current version has few known issues but it is still a high priority for me to reduce the issues to 0. My apologies for the continued inconvenience. Please know that this will be resolved even if the amount of time it takes is not satisfactory.
