Can't see players notes.

    Default Can't see players notes.

    Hi there,

    Previously when i hovver my cursor over a players hud, I will see some notes and a spark graph. Now I only seem to see the spark graph. There used to be an 'N' in the top left corner of a players hud. This isnt there anymore.

    Not sure if I have done something to my hud or notecaddy.

    Hope I've explained this ok!

    If you go into NoteCaddy and click file->synchronize->export notes to text file, are there notes in the text file that eventually appers?

    When I click on file -> synchronise-> export notes to text file I get the following error: ERROR: 42P01 "notecaddydata" does not exist.

    Help!

    ok so what happened is almost certainly the following:

    -you updated to NC 2.5 beta
    -HM2 at some point prompted you to update and you did

    Of course these are both perfectly reasonable things to do. What happened behind the scenes though is that the "newest" HM2 actually downgrades you to the stable NC version 2.4. This causes a problem since it uses a different database schema (other than scatter points which is why those still work).

    Resetting/recreating notes in NC will recreate the database and your notes and will work again. I am not happy to inconvenience you like this but hopefully you can understand that with betas it is not that easy to avoid

    Makes perfect sense as that is what I did. I reset notes back then and it took a few days to complete. Was dreading you telling me to reset them
