On this board NC evaluates this as 91 and describes it as top pair high kicker - this doesn't seem quite right, any Q beats us and plenty of other hand combos too... Seems like 91 is a bit high?

It's maybe a little high but not as high as you think. PPT has it 86 but it took around 1 second to calculate. Can you imagine how slow note creation would be if NC took 1 second per calc? It's just not feasible. NC gives a pretty good estimate given that it takes less than 0.1 seconds to compute
