Problem with notecaddy on people poker in italy,hero vpip 100 hero pfr 100??! why?

Hi, i write from italy, i use too much notecaddy in particular what other player seen about me ( ex: NC. hero vpip, Nc hero pfr etc..), on Ipoker's room and pokerstars it work great, but i've created an account on people poker in italy and it doesn't work great.
In my hud i see that other player are seeing that i have 100vpip 100pfr and it's wrong!!! why?!
in attachments there is a screenshot about my problem...help me please!!!

What sample size do you see for the HVPIP stats? You can check by adding it to a popup in hm2 and it will show in (xxx) paranthesis

It's the same thing... i create a new popup and i inser all hero note...
i don't understand...on ipoker it work perfectly... hm.png

I've just finished to reset and recreate all my notes, but it does still show 100....i think it's a big bug.. can you help me??
