NC Note tabes do not appear in player's notes window

I am having an issue with Notecaddy notes not working in player's notes window

- Badges are working
- "Show "Main" tab in HM2 notes" under "Note settings" is checked
- Notes appear in "Player Note History" window
- I did a full reset on HM2 with not change

Any ideas on a fix?

I have a similar problem:

CaddyNotes working OK, but one single note definition does not produce notes into Player Notes Window.

The notes are showed in menu Tools/Player Notes.

I have HUD Options->show in the notes popup selected for that specific definition.

Confirmed for several players, Also did RemoveNotes and CreateNotes.
