Badges shows blank a lot of the times you click on them

Badges shows blank a lot of the times you click on them even if they contain information.

Sometimes its up to 70% of the time I click on a badge its shows blank popup.
Then I click around on other stats and badges and sometimes maybe after 5 clicks it shows the imformation sometimes it doesnt show up.

Its very frustrating when you have a important decision and you have the badge and the information but it shows up blank.
You end up loosing A LOT of money just to click on the badge after the hand then it shows the information and if that would just have shown in the hand you could have saved a lot of money.

How can I fix this so they dont show up blank?
How come they show up blank sometimes?

HEM does timeouts for the popups to draw so that the HUD doesn't lag from that. It's incredibly rare that it happens though. I suggest doing the postgres optimizations mentioned here NoteCaddy speed improvement - Assaultware Wiki

I made a thread in the HM2 General support about my HUD was slow.
HM2 is so sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww

Finaly I find the problem it was when I was adding badges to the HUD it started to get slow.
If I removed the badges it worked fine.

Do anyone else have problem with the HUD becomes slow when you use badges.
When I say slow I mean its a really long time between you click and response when you use the HM2 program, clicking on the last hand to open the HM2 handreview to mark hands.

For example if I run a HUD without badges in the HM2 replayer and press play each player action takes around 1 sec, if I add a bunch of badges it takes around 4 sec for each player action.
Is there anyone that can have 10+ badges in their HUD and run the HM2 replayer on play and each player action takes 1 sec?

sreticentv is there anything I can do to get it to work? or is it standard for the HUD to become slow when you add badges?

I still have this problem I have tried

"shared_buffers = MB (set this to 20% of your system memory, but not more than 1024 MB.... round it off to 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB or 1024 MB)
effective_cache_size = MB (set this to 2x the size of the shared_buffers)"

This only happens for badges popups never for ordinary HM2 popups.

Do you have any ideas information why it happens to badges popups and not for HM2 popups?

By now there are many hundreds of people using badges and this is the only performance complaint to date. I'm not able to get performance problems either on a 4gb dual core computer with 1 million hands. If you want to provide your color definition and note definitions via an email to support@notecaddy.com I will try it with those and see if it happens then.
