Missing notes

I've set the filter in HM1 to view player's 4b-range: have got 29 hands with known hole cards.
A single new simple definition 4_bet $cardrange does not show all of the hands (6 only).
So I've found the hand number in HM and looked for it in NC log (i've turned it on for specific player earlier). The hand is successful but it does not appear in notes:

Another run: now there are 8 notes J8s note from above was added ) but not the rest:

I've created some more defs and I've got 18 notes on the player's 4bet, but still not all of possible. Scanning speed was near 130 hands per second (NC had missed more on 300-500 h/s)

How are you filtering for 4 bets in hem? There are multiple ways of getting there and you can only filter for one at a time accurately I think

Raised preflop3bet=true, sawshowdown.
But i don't see a connection between HEM and NC - i'd checked hands with my own eyes . They are "successful" everywhere including NC's log, but missing. And the fact that there are more notes for less speed without changing anything in defs tells something.
Maybe it would be better (not a specialist - just suggesting) to write notes to some buffer and then add them to the db or make some kind of check after a scan.

I was just asking because it would be very useful for me to be able to do that for testing. I wasn't trying to doubt you

Please update to the latest version How to make sure you have the very latest NoteCaddy build - Assaultware Wiki
Then submit a log file How to make logs and send it to support - Assaultware Wiki of you making notes so I may analyze the log

This is exactly how it works. That's why there's a delay every 2k hands. That doesn't guarantee nothing can ever go wrong though, apparently
