Blank Hero Stats in Hud

Hi,

After the recent update, some my hero stats are not showing for some reason.
Any ideas? They are just like -/-/-/-.

Are you referring to plain HUD stats or something relating to NoteCaddy? For some reason, the HEM people keep moving this into the NC subforum...

I should have been more specific. They're showing up fine for most players, probably 80% and blank for the rest. Seems pretty random. They were all working fine until this week when i updated HM, NC and NoteCaddyAdvantage. All these were done within 2 days so i can't tell which one affected it. I don't think that link above relates to my prob. I could be mistaken though.

+1 and I have even reset my notes but it still happens random

What makes you think the article doesn't apply?

A Single Player has no Notes
If notes are showing up fine for all players with the exception of a single player, click tools->player notes. If notes do appear there, go to section "logging the retrieval of a note". If they do not, you will need to log the note creation for a single player. Go to file->settings->database settings and enter the player's name where it says "log a specific player". It is best if you copy paste this because the name needs to be exact including capitalization. That means if you enter a name like "bob" it won't log the player "BOB" so be very careful. Next click file->reset notes. When that finishes, go to the start page and click "create notes for unprocessed hands based on active definitions". Wait for that to finish then close NoteCaddy/HM2. Finally, follow the instructions for submitting the log file to support as indicated in this post

So i have to go through hundreds of players individually? And reset each time? This will take years no?

There's no attitude. I just wanted to know what it was about the situation that made you think it wasn't applicable. I'm not sure how you think this type of thing can be resolved. Most of the time it's something like all you have is datamined hands or from a different game type/size etc. Following that article would answer the question. All you need to do is just enter one player and you're probably done.

Dude, you're presuming we know as much about the program as you. One line support answers are no use to us. We need to be talked through it. The hm guys do it well.

I got that idea because the paragraph you quoted is in relation to a single player. How am i supposed to know that fixing one player will fix it all. Really?

I'm trying it now. Have reset it so hopefully it works. I know you're just trying to help but you have to remember your program is complicated.
