"show in the notes popup" checkbox - I'm confused

How does it work that checkbox? (show in the notes popup in 'hud option' tab)
I watched tutorial and there was that notecaddy notes are shown in other places besides that general notes pop up", where?
When I unchecked note disappear from every place.

I would like to have some notes that are not displayed in general popup, but only if left click on 'N'
For example
I have PF, F, T, R group and would like to have group H (hidden) for the stats i don't use very often. I would like to have access to this group after i click or whatever, but not in hover pop up.
or
I would like to have check-raise flop week dry board in F group, but not in the hover (general) notes pop up. I'd like to have opportunity to check that notes if I want.

The box that shows up when you hover and the box that shows up when you click are both considered note popups so unchecking "show in the notes popup" will have it not show up in either of those. Use that if you only want a note to show up in a stat popup, as a stat in the hud, as a badge, etc
