Note creating

i re set my notes, when it starts to create them it goes backwards, i.e. starts at -27345 etc etc

if i do one at a time it works any more like now it say its creating but the count is going backwards, i.e. it says minus

anyone know whayt i can do

Are you close to the north or south pole? Also, which number are you referring to? Which count? Are notes being created?
