Error processing hands - given key not in dictionary

I have just updated HM2 to 2.0.0.5735 (inc NC 2.2) and reset my notes so i could use scatter graphs. Whilst creating notes there is a warning triangle to the left of 'Threads' with a value of approx 10% of all hands processed. There is also an error viewer window with all the hands that have not been processed. The error stated for these hands is 'The given key was not present in the dictionary'. Can anyone confirm what this means and suggest a solution?
