notecaddy not working for PKR

notecaddy is not able to make any notes with my pkr files: it starts and afterfinishing it has 0 notes added with error messages:

error processing hand: Invalid text file/unsupported poker room:

any suggestions?

i've reseted the notecaddy notes (without ever importing any) and it worked. (got only very less errors) so its solved i guess
