HM2+NoteCaddy: NoteCaddy Notes appear/disappear playing live

Hi,
Title says it all.
When playing live, NoteCaddy notes are OK at the beginning, then after a while (15min), they disappear and i only have the user notes showing.
Sometimes when i stop/start the hud again they reappear, but not always.

Same here, help please.
Even when the icons are there, if I hover my mouse over the icons I don't get any pouup, but only the names of the players (appart from my own icon)

how long are we playing before this starts to happen? Do the notes ever come back once they disappear?

This begin as soon as I start playing (maybe, I'm not sure, the first time I hover my mouse, it's working, only the first time, but I'm not even sure). The NC icons appear and disapear again and again constantly during the play.
Like I said in my previous message I don't have any popup appearing only the names of the players.

I'm not opposed to team viewer but you are being quite clear now so I don't think it's needed. Some caching changes will go in the next hm2 release and we'll re-eval from there. Unfortunately, I can't repro this on any of my 4 test comps or it'd have been fixed immediately

no patch has come out so I'm not sure how it would change...
