Set Day Starts At

Why this only works for "today" filters?
I want to use it with all filters.

I let my day start at 0:00:00, but if I use a filter for my graph right now and I want to see the hands played after a specific day it tells me: "After Sep 27, 2008 12:46:48". But I want to see the hands "After Sep 27, 2008 0:00:00", so I get the whole day in my graph and not just the hands I played after 12:47.
