poker stars will not import observed hands

Hi,
I have C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM set in the program but it still does not import. When I observe a table can see it open in the table manager but it only shows that it gets the first hand.
Baby steps please I am a program donk.

Sounds like it's working normaly. Holdem manager doesn't data mine. You are just "pre-fetching" which means holdem manager is importing one hand to recognize the players at the table then using the the stats in your database to display stats. It should only import the one hand.
