HM does not import hands from PokerStars

I use HEM trial just downloaded.

So I played on Pokerstars and I requested hand histories and it was sent to me via email. Well I took the stuff from the email, put it into a txt file and pokerstars can't read it. what is wrong?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with English (United States) as the regional setting.



Run a import from file on the email (after you've saved the email as a .txt file, or copied its content to a .txt file)
