Weird error message comes up what should i do?

I have attached two screen shots. the first is what appears when i open HEM. Then when I try to click on "graphs" or any of the tabs on the side the second screen appears with an error window.

if i click continue nothing happens and obv if click quit it closes.

what can i do to sort this out? thanks

I am having EXACTLY the same issue... and I have already updated to version 1.11.07a.

One thing to note is that when I open HEM it says version 1.11.06g across the top bar. So this suggests that I am not running version 1.11.07a. However, I have run the installer for the v 1.11.07a several times. Why is it still showing as version .06g?

Think this happens because HM is installed in non-default path on your PC and you did update in wrong folder.

OK ty... how do I get the installer to install in the right folder?

Easy... when you run updater - it asks for folder
