    Default restore time?

I started to restore my old database 12 hours ago and its still not completed. (probably around 5M hands)

Is it likely to have frozen ?

    Default

Ignore the "not responding error" It will usually unfreeze again when it's completed.

To see if it's still running.
Go to My Computer--> C:/ check how many GB of diskspace you have left.
After 1-2 minutes. Click F5 (refresh) to see if you now have less diskspace.
If you have 1 GB less diskspace every 1-2 minutes you press F5 the RESTORE is still in progress.

5 million hand database should result in a 50 GB database.
