    Default HEM error

    When i open HEM, i get a totally blank screen with a small part of the SnG Wizard icon (despite the fact that i dont have this tab selected nor do i ever use it). When i try and change to a different tab i get the following error message (as shown in attachment);

    "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
    Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT:0x800703E6)"

    the details section of this error message reads;

    "See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box."

    Ive uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled HEM twice now but nothing has changed. Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Jordan

    Windows released a security update a couple of hours ago which caused Holdem Manager to stop working and were already looking into the issue and we will release an update as soon as possible to fix the issue.

    In the meantime if you follow the instructions on this thread from this thread it should solve the problem temporarily: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/mana...d-working.html

    Once we release 1.11.07 on the forums and website with the fix you will be able to reinstall the security updates again

    Your issue, based on the screenshot you posted (and the error)
    must be related to one of the Windows Updates that were auto installed on your computer.

    I actually had the same issue: I want to choose myself when to install updates.
    But when I got back home last night, my computer had rebooted itself after it had installed the updates... stupid Windows.
