    Default Unhandled exception when starting HM

    I have had HM installed and functioning fine for a long time, but suddenly I am getting an unhandled exception when starting it.

    I am running 1.11.05e Internal on Windows 7.

    I may have received an auto update from Microsoft since the last time I ran HM which might be the issue.

    This is the details:

    Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HSRESULT: 0x800.....)

    3 of my friend got this Problem too ,they use windows 7 ,and after run Windows Update ,HM get the same err message , i suggest them to uninstall the windows hotfix ,and HM work fine,you can try it .

    Ok thanks, but surely this is not what we want to do, i.e. uninstall the microsoft fixes.

    We need to keep our computers up to date with the latest fixes from Microsoft so uninstalling cannot really be the right thing to do?

    3 of hotfix is import and other 3 hotfix is suggest hotfix , uninstall the KB2533623 hotfix HM work fine ,KB2533623 is not import hotfix ,just suggest hotfix .

    Windows released a security update a couple of hours ago which caused Holdem Manager to stop working and were already looking into the issue and we will release an update as soon as possible to fix the issue.

    In the meantime if you follow the instructions on this thread from this thread it should solve the problem temporarily: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/mana...d-working.html

    Once we release 1.11.07 on the forums and website with the fix you will be able to reinstall the security updates again

    This hotfix is not installed on my machine, i.e. I cannot find it when looking in the Installed Updates....what now?
