didn;t receive omaha manager license code

Hello!

Today i ordered Omaha Small stakes manager. I am already using holdem Small Stakes manager for about 1.5 years. When entering my payment details, i wrongly inserted captcha for the first time. I inserted it correctly during my second try.

Now the money is already taken form my credit card but it is written that my payment is flagged as suspicious. And I still haven't received my omaha manager license.

Where is the problem? Why it is suspicious and flagged?
