HEM Problem

When I try to load HEM it loads but the import screen is blank, except for the tabs on the side. If I click one of the tabs I get a message "Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6)."

I uninstalled HEM and reinstalled and it worked ok (Using 1.11.04) but whenever I try to install an update, no matter which update I use I get the above problem.

windows update installed 3 security updates, a malicious sw removal, and an update for outlook.
