Installing PostgreSQL

Hello.
I have used trial version about month ago.
Yesterday I bought full version but couldnt start because if connection mistake.

I unninstalled PostgresSQL and HM, also deleted directories in Programm Files (maybe I have to delete something else)?

But when I'm tring to install PostgresSQL on the last step of installiation I have an error mesage " failed to connect to the database. Procedural languages are installed. but are not activated in any database"

And after it I have 1 more message "could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepring TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

I really dumb in such kind of things, any1 can tell me plz what am I doing wrong?

After this messages it tells that PostgresSQL is succsefullty installed, but when I install HM it tells that cant connect to PostgreSQL...

Try a couple of different versions of PostgreSQL, ive seen this problem before but im not sure how to fix it, if the problem persists maybe try posting in the PostgreSQL forums

Also try rebooting as it might just be a temporary glitch

Have the same problem...
