PS HH not importing into HM

Hey guys, I love your product but since switching to pokerstars I can't seem to import my HH like I could with FT. Pokerstars is exporting HH's properly but whenever the program tries to import a file it says import error. HUD doesn't work either if you think that is related. I'm running Vista, have the latest release of HEM and can supply any relevant info or attach files if you need.

Set the PokerStars lobby language in English. And make sure the hands are stored in English.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with English (United States) regional settings.
