missing cash game hands

my sitngo hands are importing without difficulty from bodog. i'm using the hand grabber and the hands are saved to a folder. but i'm not getting any cash game hands or sessions saved. any suggestions why one would import and not the other. i can see the number of hands accumulate in the hand grabber whether it's cash or sitngos.

Are you using the latest version of the handgrabber?

I would say its a problem of the handgrabber to write the hands in a format that HM is working with but we can take a look at the hands too:

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. .
