Bought new computer, not sure how to move HM and hand histories

    Default Bought new computer, not sure how to move HM and hand histories

    Just bought a new laptop and can't seem to find information on moving my HM and hand histories from old laptop to new one

    Can anyone help with a quick and easy way to do this...i am not super great with computers but do know the basics

    New computer uses windows 7

    Option 1: reimport the original handhistories (from the C:/HMArchive folder on the old computer) into a new database on the new computer


    Option 2: backup the old database, and restore the entire database on the new computer: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...estoreDatabase


    Option 1 is recommended but is really SLOW (the import process can take a lot of time depending on the size of your database.
    If you don't have ALL your original handhistories anymore, you can opt for option 2.
