canīt see my own cards in replayer

    Default canīt see my own cards in replayer

    The replayer stopped showing my cards (some times it shows one of two, sometimes none)

    I can still see all the cards in the previous hands I've played.

    Can anyone help me find a solution to this problem?

    Which pokersite?
    Which gametype?
    Which HM version?
    Which operating system?

    Do you see your cards for this hands in the reports hands view?

    I don't see my cards for this hands in the reports hands view (sometimes, one is face up, and the other face down in replayer, and only one shows in reports hands view), that's the problem.

    Any suggestion, please?

    Update to: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...e-release.html

    Reimport all your hands into a new database.

    Set the regional settings of your computer to English (United States): Windows--> Control Panel--> Language & Region

    I've done all that. desn't work.

    Run a manual update of Windows. Install ALL updates.

    Reinstall HoldemManager with the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ager_Setup.exe

    Ok, Windows is updated.
    Now, how do I reinstall Holdem Manager? Do I need to uninstall HM from my computer first? Or just follow the link without uninstalling?

    Just follow the link without un-installing.


    Do backup/export your HUD first, if you created a new HUD or edited the default HUD. The full-installer will reset everything to default.

    That didn't work. I still can't see the cards (only see clubs and hearts... strange!)

    Try reinstalling to a different location with the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ager_Setup.exe
    And run HoldemManager from the new location.


    Or try to Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default:
    Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
