I know where the hand history folder SHOULD be. But Its not there.
As you can see, the only folder there is "logs" and there is nothing inside there.
I already play few hands.
Reboot my pc and played again.
I dont know what is going on,
Any idea?

check up if there is a "handhistory" folder
in Owner/P5JavaClientSettings

Check for the P5JavaClientSettings folder, which is a hidden folder, so first enable being able to see hidden folders.

i have the same problem with an betfair account. i try everything that have been said here, also the hidden folder but i cannot find the HH Folder.
i also dont have any options in my betfair lobby to choose for HH Folder.
any ideas?

The hands are saved in:
C:/Users/%your user name%/P5JavaClientSettings\
This is a hidden SYSTEM folder. (not just a regular hidden folder)

thx for ur answer, but i cannot find any P5JavaClientSettings Folder.
i have marked the show all hidden Folders in settings, but still not to find.
like i said before, i also dont have any settings to choose about HH in my betfair lobby. any ideas for that? could that be the problem that there isnt a HH safed yet?
Hands are saved automatically by Betfair.
(they don't give you the option to choose the folder)
Did you also turn off: hide protected system files

yes i did and still not to see.
my system runs in german language. is that a problem?
