    Default Importing Issues

    I've scanned through the FAQ and the guides, and I think I have done everything right but I guess I haven't. I had the 15 day trial copy for awhile, and recently purchased the full pro version.

    However, after configuring the folders in which my HHs are stored, the Import Progress bar does not move at all.

    Help please.
