Not importing all hands

I have reinstalled HEM and the hud works fine, it shows all the hands etc but when importing hands is missing, today I played 400 hands and onky 300 got imported, have tried to import manually but HEM doesnt find any more hands

Can you create a new database and try reimport the hands http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146

It worked but another problem accured, now I cant get my old backup back, I have gone through the pgAdmin 3 choosen my new database and restored my backup but no old hands or players come up only the resent played.

Ok thats not going to work, first export the hands from the original database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173 then create another new database and import the hands into that database

Have done that now but I get like over 100k+ errors on 182 files, not many hands imported.

Did you create a 2nd new database after restoring to the original new one as that probably corrupted it, you need to export and import not backup and restore

I did try to import to the new database that I tried to restore to, created a new one now and the importing is working fine! Thank you! best support ever!
