Hand Range Tool

Possibly I'm being completely thick, but I can't get the hand range tool to work.

It says in the instructions to click a player panel in the hand replayer. Presumably this is the rectangular thing with the players name inside. I've clicked this but nothing happens.

I'm using a trial version if that makes any difference (downloaded yesterday)?

Hi, I'm using 1.07 and installed the update (on this page http://www.holdemmanager.net/download.html ). Do I need to install the 1.08beta version to get this feature working?

Can you try this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe just to see as it maybe a bug that was already fixed

Still didn't work. Let me just get this straight, if you double click any hand to open up the replayer, then click in the box with the players name in, it should open up the hand range tool?

Yeah if its still not working please completely uninstall any 3rd party firewalls/antiviruses to rule out there not affecting it

Hi,

I'm bumping this one up because I have the same issue.
I deactivated Windows FW, to no avail.
I deactivated my AV software (Avast), to no avail.

Any clues as to why this is not working?
Is the hand range tool called through some Javascript code?

OK so I uninstalled Avast, still does not work.
I disabled Windows FW, still does not work.

Thought issue was somehow linked to FF pop-ups not appearing, it isn't.

Just to make sure: in the Replayer, do I click anywhere in the box where the players and stack sizes are displayed to start the hand range tool?
