Hands vs Default winrate

Dear Sir/Madam,

(When playing) When I put the mouse of my computer on hands the popup should give me the default winrate but it only gives me the text "Hands". What can I do so everything will work?

Can you please explain me what you mean with disable table preferences? Where can I do that? Other popups work proper.

In HoldemManager--> HUD options--> Table Preferences--> Click for popup

If you turn it on: you have to CLICK on a HUD stat to see the popup
If you turn if off: you only have to hover your mouse over the HUD stat to see the popup

Also go to hud options--> Player Preferences--> Stats tab
Notice you can assign a "popup" for every stat.
For many stats like Name, Hands the default popup will be "default winrate", but other stats (VPIP, PFR = default preflop), aggression factor = default postflop, etc. all have a different popup.

You can pick which popup you want to see when you click on a stat.
You can also create customized popups so the popup will only show exactly what you want hud options--> HUD popup configuration.
