    Default Error opening HEM

    So i clicked on HEM and it started opening, then I got an error that said "The following error occured when trying to open the database: Unable to read data from the transport connection: Anexisting connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." I turned off user control again. I right clicked and tried clicking run as administrator but the box below that was clicked and it was greyed out. Any advice?
