    Default Ongame not importing

    Hiya,

Was working fine earlier today, not importing now. I tried shutting down and restarting and autoselecting for new folders and searching around for today's HHs to see if they were in a new folder...didn't work.

    What's up?

I have the most recent update obv and unless they changed the HH folder today that is not the problem.

Ongame recently started using a different folder to save their handhistories so make sure you add this new folder as the auto import folder.

    C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local\Application Data\P5\PokerSiteName\handhistory

    or

    C:\Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientsettings\handhistory

(this may be a hidden folder if you can't find it

you need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows

    ??

I just said in my post that the folder isn't the problem, unless they changed the folder as recently as today.

I don't have a 'Documents and Settings' folder on my hard drive, I have Windows 7 but I have both:

    1. C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\P5\RedKings\handhi story

    and

    2. C:\Users\Username\P5JavaClients

in my auto import folders in HEM

Play a hand. Check if the new hands are stored in:
    C:\Users\Username\P5JavaClients

Go into ALL other auto import folders, to check if handhistories may be 'stuck' in other folders and manually move them to the archive folder.

Yes all my recent hand histories are in that folder, but they are not importing.

I tried doing it manually, and it says 0 files to process.

Default Ongame not importing, using VMVare for Mac

It worked before the update. It works on Pokerstars.
I have a mac and a virtual PC called VMVare.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\P5JavaClientSettings\DPC\Us ername
in this file I have playernotes.proporties but no handhistory

I am showing hidden files under folder options as you suggested.

I cant even find the handhistories... been looking around

    Hi,

    I have the same problem.

I reinstalled Europoker and noticed that it doesn't have a handhistory folder anymore. There is only /P5/Europoker/logs.

Is it possible the client has forbidden the import of hands just now ?

Old hands should have been moved to the archive folder, C:/HMArchive.

When importing hands manually and you get the "0 files to process", move the hands to a different folder and run the import from folder again.

If the hands are imported without errors, yet then don't show up in HoldemManager:
    - set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot
    - clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
