Can't instal Holdem manager on a second PC

    Thumbs down Can't instal Holdem manager on a second PC

    Just purchased a brand new Notebook (HP ProBook 6455b) and tried installing Holdem Manager as a second pc. I've spent the last 3 hours researching this and have tried multiple things without any success...

    • There's no "holdemmanager.exe.ldat" file in holdem manager folder
    • Yes I'm running Holdem Manager as a adminitrator
    • I even tried to reset my licenses "reset all profiles" but also get an error "There was a problem retrieving the XML data"
    • After spending hours on this, I tried just using the 15 free trial period to later troubleshoot the license issue, but couldn't even do that.. got another error which i'll post at the bottom of this email.


    Running Windows 7 (64bit) with 4gb memory, 500 GBhd -- Brand new computer

    Check if the PRO code that's listed in the reg.log file is your actual serial key.
    Email sales@holdemmanager.com to check on the status of the key and to manually reset it.

    Make sure Windows 7 is updated to Service Pack 1 and fully updated.
