Hi all,
HM doesn't track my hands at betfair anymore. I've updated hm to 1.11.06g, but that didn't solve my problem.
Someone has the same problem as me or can help me out?
Thanks in advance.

Add the following folder as a auto import folder:
C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings - for Win7
Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory - for XP

Problem solved. Thanks![]()
cant seem to get it to work even if adding that folder ;o anywhere on the betfair software itself u can press save history and choose location?
No, the client always saves the hands automatically. I had a customer the other day that was unable to see the \handhistory folder in the new or old path. We tried setting exceptions, run as admin, etc. Once he updated windows 7 so that 'no new important updates were found' it began writing hands.
Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
restart your pc

Hello, fozzy71,
I have the same problem. Betfair suddenly stopped to write hand histories, the folder is empty. Reinstalling Betfair and everything mentioned in this thread doesn't help. I play on several sites, but the problem occurs only on Betfair. HM 1.12.10b. Win 7. Firewall and antivirus disabled.
Any suggestions?

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? If the firewall or antivirus is actually causing this problem it won't be enough to disable it and it may need to be uninstalled.

Check this FAQ because betfair may have changed the hand history folder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+Betfair+Setup
