Replayer missing hud stats for 2 players.

As shown in the images, my replayer fails to load up the 2 hud stats of players positioned on the top and topleft. This only applys for all ipoker accounts (regardless of skin). All other sites ie. FT, 888. Merge hands are fine on the replayer.

Rightclick on the replayer in TableManager.
Is the correct HUD configuration assigned to the replayer?
Manually change the number of players setting.

If that doesn't resolve it:
1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Hi. I have this same issue replaying hands on Ipoker. I have 2 HUD's missing.


I can not locate the files to delete in the 2nd solution. (the first solution you suggested did not work)

Go to hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab
Check which HUD configuration is assigned to ANY SITE (or to the REPLAYER... or to ipoker)
Go over ALL the other HUD configurations to make sure there are no overlapping or conflicting settings.

Thank you but I haven't managed to fix it

I couldn't find anything overlapping in the player preferences / use for.

I've tried deleting the two files. but nothing's changed when i restarted. I don't see that the replayer 'rebuilt the positions to default' then i don't fully understand how to move/save them after that
